Sports

Building champions on and off the field

At Fortune Butterfly School, sport is not an extra. It is an essential part of growing up. On the field, children learn lessons no textbook can teach: discipline, teamwork, resilience, and how to win and lose with grace.

Space to play, room to grow

Our five-acre campus gives students the open space they need to run, train, and compete. Away from the crowded city, children enjoy fresh air and wide grounds where physical activity is part of everyday life, not something squeezed into a busy schedule.

Making us proud at the national level

Our butterflies have represented FBS in numerous national-level competitions, a reflection of their talent, hard work, and the guidance of our dedicated coaches. Every achievement, big or small, is celebrated as part of our school’s story.

Sport for every child

Not every child will become a national athlete, and that’s never been the point. Whether a student is a natural competitor or simply enjoys staying active, we encourage every child to find a sport they love. Regular physical activity builds healthy bodies, sharper minds, and the confidence to take on new challenges.

Character through competition

The habits students build in sport, showing up, practising, supporting teammates, and bouncing back from setbacks, stay with them for life. We believe that a strong mind and a healthy body go hand in hand, and our sports programme is designed to nurture both.

Events

Celebrating culture, community, and togetherness

At FBS, celebrations are more than dates on a calendar. They are moments when our school comes together as one community, students, teachers, parents, and families, to honour our traditions and create memories that last.

Rooted in culture

We believe children should grow up knowing and valuing where they come from. Through festivals, customs, and traditional celebrations, students experience the richness of Indian culture first-hand. They learn the stories behind each occasion, take part in the rituals, and carry these traditions forward with pride.

A stage for every talent

Our events give students the chance to perform, organise, lead, and shine. From cultural programmes and annual day performances to competitions and exhibitions, every child has an opportunity to step onto the stage, find their voice, and build confidence in front of an audience.

A community that celebrates together

Our celebrations reflect what we value most: belonging. Parents and families are an important part of the FBS story, and our events are a chance to welcome them onto campus, share in their children’s achievements, and strengthen the bond between home and school.

Learning through celebration

Every event is also a learning experience. Students practise teamwork, responsibility, creativity, and respect for diversity, lessons that come naturally when children work together towards something joyful.

Young students read books in the library

Library

Where every book opens a new world

With a collection of over 15,000 books, the FBS library is one of the most loved spaces on our campus. Every time a student steps inside, they have the chance to travel to faraway lands, meet unforgettable characters, and discover ideas that can shape who they become.

A love of reading, for life

We believe that children who read widely think more deeply, speak more confidently, and imagine more boldly. Our library is designed to make reading a joy, not a task. Students are encouraged to explore freely, follow their interests, and find books that speak to them.

Something for every reader

Our collection spans stories, picture books, classics, encyclopaedias, reference books, and subject material, chosen to suit every age and reading level. Whether it’s a young child discovering their first chapter book or a senior student researching a project, our library has something for every curious mind.

A quiet space to think

Set within our peaceful campus, the library offers a calm environment for reading, studying, and reflecting. It is a place where students can slow down, focus, and lose themselves in a good book.

Reading beyond the classroom

Through reading periods, storytelling sessions, and book-related activities, we make the library an active part of every child’s learning journey.

Residential

A home away from home

Choosing a residential school is one of the biggest decisions a family can make. At Fortune Butterfly School, we take that trust seriously. Our residential life is built around one promise: that every child will be safe, cared for, and happy, every single day.

Safety and well-being first

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Our residential facilities are secure and closely supervised, with clear routines and round-the-clock care.

Our guardians: care that feels like family

At the heart of our residential life are our guardians, caring adults who look after students as their own. They support children through daily routines, help them settle in, listen when they need someone to talk to, and make sure no child ever feels alone. Our guardians are the reason so many families tell us that FBS feels like home.

Comfortable living, thoughtful amenities

We believe our students deserve the very best in their home away from home. Our residences are designed for comfort, cleanliness, and rest, with nutritious meals, clean living spaces, and everything children need to live well.

A day with balance

Residential life at FBS follows a well-planned routine that balances study, play, rest, and personal time. Supervised study hours help students stay on track academically, while evenings bring sports, activities, and time with friends.

Growing independent, together

Living on campus helps children develop independence, responsibility, and life skills that stay with them forever. They learn to manage their time, care for their belongings, and live alongside others with respect and kindness. Along the way, they form friendships that often last a lifetime.
